the idea

One trail, everything on it.#

Providers rarely talk to each other, so in practice the family caregiver becomes the information hub. Health Trail gives that job some structure: one record of every call, visit, incident, medication change, document, and dollar, kept for years and searchable in seconds.

It records, organizes, and counts. It never diagnoses, never reminds, and never tells you what a number means. It's a record-keeping app, not a medical one, and it says so plainly.

what it’s for

Built for a job nobody applies for.#

GOOD FOR

  • ✓Logging a call in under fifteen seconds, from a hallway or a waiting room.
  • ✓Following one incident from first report to resolution, with names and dates, exportable as a PDF.
  • ✓Handing an administrator, a lawyer, or a new doctor a record that actually holds together.
  • ✓Coming back after three quiet months with zero guilt. Lapses are normal; the trail just picks back up.

NOT FOR

  • ✗Medical advice, diagnoses, or interpreting results. It never tells you what a number means.
  • ✗Reminders and alerts. It's a notebook, not a nurse.
  • ✗Emergencies. Those go to emergency services, always.
  • ✗Anyone's cloud. Sharing happens as a PDF through your own share sheet, nothing else.
Families are told to keep detailed records: dates, times, names, follow-through. Health Trail is exactly that tool, and only that tool.
